There is the 'touchpad' driver for disabling pinch to zoom, and there are numerous articles for accomplishing this on the webs, but I have found nothing related to disabling pinch to zoom when using an HID-monitor. The new monitors use the native Windows 10 driver, and therefore have no real options available like these.
